Character creation doesn’t get too complicated, but you might hesitate over choosing your character’s Background and the perks that come along with it.

The combat could use some love, as well as the loot that drops from these combat encounters. Armour and weapons should feel more interesting to find, and the balance needs a fair bit of work to not feel jarring.  

Between dodging all the projectiles that will 2 shot me, and having to keep moving away from the boss, yet somehow also having to be able to be in the right position to kill all the summons that heal it, absolutely sucks and is not fun at all. I was hav...

It seems that for now this game ID is necessary. You can’t currently drop into a stranger’s game or just open your own game to other players.

In the case of games that use cloud streaming technology, a free launcher application or demo can be downloaded.

Cartography Table - interacting stores mapping save data for that world, to share between multiple players or different characters.

There needs to be a reward for either killing enemies, or a multiplier of exp based on the damage the player deals, because this is just painful to play with, especially if you ever want to switch your class in the middle of a world, as you no longer enjoy what you were playing before. This system also encourages the player to attack enemies that take 0 dmg, which like, why? That shouldnt reward the player at all, and yet that's how I was farming my Melee exp.

1. Combat exp gain - It works the same as in Skyrim, so each hit gives 1 exp, and this system was flowed in that game as it is in this game. The game punishes the player for playing with slower weapons that deal more damage, and also punishes them for just getting stronger, which is bizzare. This system also makes some classes way less enjoyable to play than others, where Ranged can easily get to max level as they get massive amounts of exp from souls and just their weapons being quite fast, meanwhile a class like Magic is absolutely shafted as they have very slow attacks that deal a lot of damage, while also requiring the use of mana to even be able to deal the damage.

Core Keeper is a strong survival game that can easily chew through the hours, providing a great balance between adventure Core Keeper Gameplay and homesteading. There's a sense that no idea was left out, whether that be a constant pet companion or minecart rail lines, and while these may not get fully fleshed out, this is a rare occasion where quantity manages to make up for depth. The pet levels up and sometimes enemies drop treats that give it a nice experience boost, and that's all it needs to do.

 Guide and explain the basic mechanics of the game. Fortunately, it's not too difficult compared to some other games in this genre.

I usually don't like darkness in games. When prompted at the start of a horror game to adjust a slider until the logo can barely be seen, I move that damn slider as far to the right as it'll go.

Boss order and world exploration are theoretically quite flexible, given this is a sandbox game. There is currently only one solid gate to progress: defeating the first 3 bosses. Which separates this guide into two parts.
